This policy explains how Mackey LLC ("SecureVision", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit this website or contact us about our recruiting services. It applies to this website only.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, LinkedIn profile (optional), how you heard about us (optional), and your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider Calendly collects your name, email, and the meeting details you choose. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. If you request gated content such as reports or tools, we collect the contact details requested on that form, such as your name, work email, and company.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring links, using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Visitor identification and session recording. Two of our analytics providers do more than count page views. PostHog can record a replay of a visit, including mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, with form fields masked so anything typed into the contact form is not captured. RB2B matches some visits against a third-party identity database, which can tell us the company a visit came from and, for some visitors in the United States, the name and professional profile of the person. RB2B operates only on visitors in the United States and identifies a minority of traffic. Neither is used for advertising. Both are described in our Cookie Policy.

This site has no user accounts and we do not collect payment information through it.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare for scheduled calls.
• To provide and improve our recruiting services.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for and deliver gated content you request.
• To send communications relevant to your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We do not sell personal information.

Legal bases for processing

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we process personal information on the following bases: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and operating this website, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, under their own contractual and legal obligations:

• HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform, which stores contact form submissions.
• Calendly, our call scheduling provider.
• Google Analytics, for aggregate usage measurement.
• PostHog, our product analytics and session recording provider.
• RB2B, our visitor identification provider.
• Vercel, our website hosting provider.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@securevision.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. Visitors in the EEA or UK may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site may use cookies set by our analytics and CRM providers. Which cookies, what they do, and how to control them are covered in our Cookie Policy.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and process personal information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
