Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to recognize it across pages and visits. This page explains which cookies this site uses and how to control them. For how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.

Cookies we use

This site has no accounts and sets no cookies of its own. Cookies come from the service providers below, and only where those tools are active:

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Usage measurement: which pages are visited, for how long, and from where. Helps us improve the site. It is configured for measurement only, with IP addresses anonymized and Google’s advertising and personalization features switched off, so it is not used to build an advertising profile of you. See Google's cookie documentation.
  • CRM and attribution (HubSpot). Connects a contact form submission to the visit that produced it, so we know how an inquiry found us. See HubSpot's cookie policy.
  • Product analytics and session recording (PostHog). Records which pages you view and in what order, and can record a replay of your visit, including mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Form fields are masked in recordings, so anything you type into the contact form is not captured. We use it to see how the site is used and where it is unclear. See PostHog's privacy policy.
  • Visitor identification (RB2B). Matches some visits against a third-party identity database. This can tell us the company a visit came from and, for some visitors in the United States, the name and professional profile of the person. It operates only on visitors in the United States, identifies a minority of traffic, and is not used for advertising. We use it to see which companies are researching us. See RB2B's privacy policy.
  • Job board (embedded on our careers page). Our open roles are listed by a third-party recruiting platform inside a frame on that page, and it may set cookies of its own when the list loads. It appears only on the careers page.
  • Scheduling (Calendly). When you book a call through the embedded scheduler, Calendly may set cookies needed for the booking flow. See Calendly's cookie notice.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; every major browser has controls under its privacy settings. The site works without cookies. For analytics specifically, Google also offers an opt-out browser add-on.

Consent

This site does not show a cookie consent banner, and the tools described above load for every visitor. None of them is used for advertising, and none of them serves ads to you on other sites.

Two of them do more than count page views, so they are stated plainly here rather than left in the list. PostHog can record a replay of your visit, with form fields masked. RB2B can identify some individual visitors in the United States by matching a visit against a third-party database, and does not operate outside the United States.

You can block or delete cookies for this site at any time using the browser controls described above, and the site will continue to work. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, see your rights in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update this policy as the tools we use change. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
